Live AI interpretation and bilingual meeting captions | Wali

Connect meeting audio to venue screens, OBS captions and audience QR access, with terminology preparation, corrections and rehearsal.

START HERE

Wali serves conversations as they happen, connecting speech recognition, translated captions and configured interpretation audio to venue and audience destinations. It is distinct from subtitling an existing video or translating an existing document with Yuzhu Cloud.

Venue screens: follow the discussion in two languages

Feed the actual speech signal into a caption room to display source and translated text. An operator can correct captions in context and adapt presentation to viewing distance. Prepare names, numbers and specialist terms and assign someone to monitor the live session.

Broadcast captions: work with the production chain

Connect caption output to tools such as OBS while keeping picture, text and programme audio sources clear. Rehearse readability, aspect ratio, placement and equipment compatibility in the real production chain; an accessible URL alone is not broadcast acceptance.

Audience QR access: reading and configured listening

Viewers scan the room's QR code and choose an available language. Where speech is enabled, they can follow the page instructions to listen. Recommend headphones and explain waiting, paused and ended states. Networking, browser settings and phones affect playback.

Preparation and follow-up

Confirm microphones, mixer routing, network, agenda, terms and responsibilities before the event. Afterwards, use the account and room's available tools to prepare captions or meeting materials. Live captions are a working record; formal minutes and external publications still require factual review and approval.

Frequently asked questions

How do Wali Technology and the product names relate?

Wali Technology is the corporate brand. The Chinese product wordmark was standardised as 瓦译 in September 2026; 瓦力同传 and 瓦力AI同传 are historical product names. The website operator remains 深圳市百意商务有限公司.

Can AI replace every human interpreting assignment?

No. Important negotiations, legal commitments and specialist high-stakes situations need appropriate language support. AI output still requires contextual judgement.

Will QR access automatically play speech?

Not necessarily. The room must enable the capability, and a phone browser may require the viewer to start playback manually.

Are Windows and macOS supported?

The website provides desktop clients for both. Input, output and account capabilities depend on version and settings; consult the download instructions.

Scope and related product information

Language pairs, speech output, rooms and audience access depend on the account, version and configuration. Processing takes time; zero latency and replacement of every professional interpreting scenario are not promised.

Examples in this guide illustrate a review method, not a customer case or a performance result. Product availability changes with version and account configuration.
